Alumni

³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø State student accounts are deleted three semesters after graduation / leaving and that includes the Summer semester. Alumni are able to request an alumni account that doesn’t expire and students are able to transfer all of their emails and Google Drive data to that account to keep indefinitely.

Get your ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø State Alumni Email Account
³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø is partnering with Google to provide our alumni with email accounts. The use of an ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø “branded” alumni email account is provided to help ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø State alumni maintain contact with one another.

Your student email account is deleted after you have not been enrolled in classes for three semesters. If you would like to retain a copy of your email messages, you can copy them to another account. ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø State graduates are eligible for an Alumni Gmail account.
